About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Talent Partner to join Linqia, a leading influencer marketing company. This role involves orchestrating creator marketing campaigns and working closely with client services teams to refine strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source and surface creators for campaigns using Linqia’s discovery tools
- →Handle creator negotiation, contracting, and onboarding
- →Advocate for creators and ensure high-quality content creation
- →Recommend ideal creator personas and strategies for new campaigns
- →Improve processes and document best practices
- →Support new business initiatives with client proposals
- →Stay informed about industry trends
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of digital marketing or account management experience
- ✓Passion for the social media and creator industry
- ✓Strategic problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- ✓Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required
- ✓Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the office 3 times per week.
