About the Role
Litify is looking for a QA Engineer to join their Product & Engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of legal software built on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for new features and product updates
- →Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts to support testing efforts
- →Report defects, track bugs, and provide actionable suggestions for product enhancements
- →Work closely with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- →Demonstrate strong analytical skills to perform risk assessments and impact analysis
- →Communicate clearly and effectively while managing multiple projects and priorities
- →Collaborate with Customer Support team to triage complex application issues
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a QA role with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing
- ✓Proven experience in writing test cases, building test plans, and executing tests for releases
- ✓Proven experience with Playwright; ability to author robust scripts from scratch and perform technical code reviews
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic Agile/Scrum environment
- ✓Clear understanding of what it means to own "code quality" for a development team
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to interact and coordinate test activities among multiple teams
