About the Role
Litify is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join their growing Customer Success team. This role involves working directly with customers to implement Salesforce solutions and improve their business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with customers to make declarative changes in their Salesforce org, following proper QA and launch procedures
- →Partner with customers to develop solutions that increase efficiency and improve business management
- →Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues
- →Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to realize client organizations' future state
- →Complete standard Salesforce admin tasks like setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards
- →Build time-saving automations using Flows
- →Provide expertise on best practices and alternative solutions
- →Ensure timely communications and resolve requests within SLAs
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
- ✓1+ years experience with Salesforce Automations, with strong Flow knowledge preferred
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- ✓Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on the Salesforce platform
- ✓Understanding of setting up users, profiles, roles, and configuring reports and dashboards
- ✓Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL, or other systems to Salesforce
- ✓Experience with an accounting platform and/or knowledge of legal accounting
- ✓Experience with researching, installing, and configuring Salesforce applications
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
