About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Director, International to join Litmos, a leading eLearning solutions provider. This hands-on sales leader will drive predictable revenue performance across a team of Account Executives, focusing on mid-market sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive consistent achievement of revenue targets through disciplined execution of mid-market, velocity sales motions
- →Coach Account Executives through structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
- →Own accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for the North American region
- →Partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing Account Executives in a velocity-driven SaaS sales environment
- ✓Strong coaching track record with demonstrable improvement in AE performance
- ✓Experience selling SaaS software with both new business and expansion revenue motions
- ✓Highly data-driven with strong command of pipeline metrics and sales forecasting
