About the Role
We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to lead the development of an advanced automation framework powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This role focuses on engineering agentic workflows that can reason, plan, and adapt dynamically to solve complex career challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build agentic systems with multi-step workflows leveraging reasoning and adaptive execution strategies.
- →Architect RAG pipelines and memory-augmented architectures for long-term system adaptability.
- →Optimize LLM performance through prompt refinement and model fine-tuning.
- →Innovate with data using NLP techniques, embeddings, and vector databases.
- →Ensure reliability by developing model evaluation frameworks.
- →Collaborate globally across cross-functional teams to translate vision into production features.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in LLM-powered applications.
- ✓Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- ✓Proven experience building with LLMs, prompt chaining, and feedback loops.
- ✓Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and/or LlamaIndex.
- ✓Deep understanding of software stacks, database modeling, CI/CD, and service-oriented architectures.
- ✓Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
