Senior Full Stack Engineer at Livecareer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong software fundamentals and full-stack experience in JavaScript to build agent observability tooling and cloud infrastructure end-to-end. About this team The AI Technology Team within our Product Technology Group serves as BOLD’s internal incubator for applied AI, leveraging the latest large-language models to tackle our most complex challenges. What you'll do • Design and build agent observability tooling from scratch • Implement real-time monitoring and observability systems for automated workflows • Architect scalable and distributed cloud infrastructure • Integrate with existing backend services • Establish production monitoring and alerting systems in line with best practices • Optimize performance and monitor resource usage at scale • Build production-grade error handling and state-of-the-art agent recovery mechanisms • Ship fast while maintaining architectural integrity • Make thoughtful technical decisions to improve the entire system at large What you'll need • Experience level: 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack software products • Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or other related engineering branches • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React • Backend experience in TypeScript and Node.js / bun • Experience building desktop applications (Electron or other similar frameworks) • Hands on experience with cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Strong understanding of Docker and deployment automation • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Datadog, etc.) • Experience architecting and deploying distributed systems at scale • Understanding of message queues and event-driven architecture • Deep intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams What's good to have • Familiarity with agentic AI or other LLM applications • Experience with agent observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse • Experience with browser automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium • Performance optimization and profiling experience Benefits Outstanding Compensation • Competitive salary • Bi-annual bonus • 401(k) plan with match • Equity in company • Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care) • Internet and home office reimbursement • In-office catered breakfast and lunches 100% Full Health Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision (optional plans for your family) • Life & long-term disability insurance (optional) • Mental health support and resources • Wellness reimbursement (gym, health apps, etc.) • Pet Insurance (optional) Flexible time away • Flexible PTO • Sick time policy • Observed holidays Certain group health plans are required to disclose on a public website information regarding in-network provider rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services in two separate machine-readable files (MRFs).
