<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Lifecycle Growth team</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> - someone who gets more excited by business outcomes than pixel-perfect screens, and who wants to design where every experiment, banner, and flow is tied to a real revenue or activation metric.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">This is initially a </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">maternity cover (~12 months)</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> with a strong path to a permanent role for the right person β in an organization our size, we always find a place for great specialists.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">This isn't a role for someone who wants to be handed perfectly-scoped tickets. We work like adults running our own startup inside Text: high autonomy, weekly cadence, async-first, and zero hand-holding.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Lifecycle Growth Team sits inside the broader </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Activation</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> org and works across two connected areas: </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">lifecycle</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> (customer communication around product updates, churn prevention, win-backs) and </span><strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">R&D and experimentation</span></strong><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> (SEO and PAYDA tests, activation banners and nudges, reshaping core product surfaces). We share KPIs with Product Activation: Trial > QL > Subscriber. </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">You'll work most closely with your own team day-to-day, but because Activation touches every product team, you'll collaborate broadly across product and design.</span></p>

What you'll own
β’ Taking end-to-end ownership of design work - from business discovery and problem definition, through design, testing, and shipping.
β’ Designing for business outcomes: activation, conversion, retention. You'll define what success looks like in numbers.
β’ Running live experiments - activation banners, in-product nudges, A/B tests, and lifecycle communications that move Trial > QL > Subscriber.
β’ Collaborating with designers across Activation and other product teams, contributing to design critique and shared thinking.
β’ Occasional experiments that go beyond Activation - and affect acquisition, retention and monetization
β’ Writing copy - at Text, designers write the first version of product copy.
β’ Working AI-natively - using tools like Cursor to build interactive mockups and accelerate your work.
Who you are

You may be a great fit if you have
β’ A portfolio that shows business thinking β why something was built, what changed because of it, and how you made the trade-offs.
β’ Comfort with the full design process: discovery, prototyping, shipping, and measuring impact.
β’ Mastery of Figma; familiarity with experimentation tools and product analytics.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools (our stack: Claude Code/Codex/Flow/Claude Design) β or a clear willingness to adopt them fast.
Nice to have
β’ Experience working on a product (vs. agency or marketing-only).
β’ Background in SaaS, B2B, or product-led growth.
β’ Experience writing product copy.
β’ Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools (Cursor, v0, etc.)
