About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Account Executive to join LiveKit, a company building the infrastructure layer for voice-driven computing. This role will help scale our go-to-market efforts and grow our customer base in a fast-moving, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- →Develop deep product understanding and communicate technical value to developers and executives
- →Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and developer community engagement
- →Run technical discovery with engineering teams to understand platform needs
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- →Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring customer feedback into roadmap discussions
- →Help shape our sales playbook, messaging, and GTM motion
- →Accurately forecast and track pipeline activity
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of SaaS sales experience with 1–2 years in a full-cycle closing role
- ✓Proven ability to hit or exceed quota in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience selling developer tools, APIs, cloud platforms, or DevOps products
- ✓Comfortable working with low-process, high-autonomy teams
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- ✓Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
