About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join the Customer Experience Group at Lodgify. This role involves leading design strategy and creating thoughtful, end-to-end solutions that address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design strategy for your Customer Experience area, ensuring every decision starts with the customer
- →Drive a culture of problem-solving through ideation, prototyping, and iterative validation
- →Work iteratively, test early and frequently, adapt quickly to change, and deliver value early
- →Translate insights from research into clear, user-focused problem statements
- →Map and refine end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities
- →Generate innovative solutions that deliver clear customer value
- →Lead concept testing to validate value creation
- →Design and analyze experiments that measure impact and inform iteration

- ✓Proven experience designing end-to-end experiences in a complex product environment

- ✓Visual thinking skills in information architecture, UX, and interaction design

- ✓Mastery of design tools like Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility principles
- ✓Track record of improving workflows and contributing to scalable design practices
