COMPA Industries is actively hiring IT Customer Support Specialists (Level 2 & Level 3) to support secure computing environments at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). These roles are essential to ensuring uninterrupted access to mission-critical systems supporting national security, scientific research, and engineering operations.

This is not entry-level IT. These positions require experienced professionals who are comfortable working in highly regulated, secure environments and who already hold an active DOE Q Clearance.

🛠 What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for authentication, credential, and access issues Issue and manage MFA tokens and credentials Resolve or escalate incidents using tools like ServiceNow Communicate clearly with users on ticket status and resolution timelines Maintain SOPs and support continuous process improvement Level 3 specialists may provide peer guidance and advanced documentation support
