About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join Lovehoney Group, the world’s leading sexual wellbeing company. This role will be integral to driving high-level performance across the organization, focusing on developing AI applications and combining technology with creative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and architect advanced AI solutions, including sophisticated LLM pipelines using techniques like prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning
- →Drive process automation and efficiency by designing and implementing enterprise-grade automated workflows and AI agents
- →Lead AI product development, owning the complete product lifecycle from ideation through production deployment
- →Provide technical mentorship across cross-functional teams and establish robust evaluation frameworks
Requirements
- ✓Expert-level Python programming with extensive experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- ✓Proven track record of building and deploying production AI systems with demonstrable business impact
- ✓Strong experience with data warehousing solutions and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- ✓Advanced experience with AI-powered development environments and containerization technologies
- ✓Expert-level proficiency with version control systems and collaborative development practices
