We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, your focus will be on growing awareness and engagement across our organic social media channels, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok. In this role, you will combine your passion for social-first storytelling with your ability to independently create engaging, high-performing content that resonates with our audience and furthers our message of sexual happiness.
What you will do
β’ Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok.
β’ Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video.
β’ Independently film, edit, and publish reactive and planned social content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate.
β’ Support product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and evergreen storytelling across social channels.
β’ Pitch creative, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries and drive engagement.
β’ Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and execution.
β’ Engage with the community across comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
β’ Track and analyse social media performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
What you should bring
β’ 3+ yearsβ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house.
β’ Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and wider social media strategy, including analytics and content performance.
β’ Proven ability to create engaging content independently, including filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing.
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
β’ A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for content marketing and brand storytelling.
β’ Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally, as required.
