About the Role
New Logo Account Executives (AEs) lead strategic business growth for Lucidchart and Lucidspark customers across assigned territories. This role focuses on creating business value and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and maintain expert knowledge on Lucid Suite offerings
- βUnderstand the competitive landscape within assigned business
- βDemonstrate a hunter mentality for outbound lead sourcing
- βIdentify new opportunities across net new and existing customers
- βGenerate and close new pipeline through prospect engagements
- βManage accounts, create forecasts, and close pipeline to achieve quota
Requirements
- β1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS/tech)
- βAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- βOutstanding written and verbal communication skills
- βBA/BS degree or equivalent
- βExperience with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools
- βAbility to lead clients to understand applicable solutions
- βMaintains clean Salesforce hygiene
