About the Role
Higher Education Account Executives (AEs) lead the strategic growth of Lucidchart and Lucidspark for college and university accounts. This role involves working directly with potential and existing customers to create business value and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain expert knowledge on Lucidchart and Lucidspark offerings
- →Understand the competitive landscape within assigned territory
- →Identify new opportunities through outbound lead sourcing
- →Generate and close new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, demos, and negotiations
- →Share market insights with product and marketing teams
- →Manage accounts, create forecasts, and close pipeline to achieve sales quota
- →Penetrate new markets, verticals, and personas with creativity
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience selling to Higher Ed administration
- ✓Experience selling enterprise student software solutions
- ✓BA/BS degree or equivalent
