About the Role
We are looking for an Entry Level User Experience Designer to join Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration. You will collaborate with a talented team to design workflows and interactions that help teams see and build the future.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design high-fidelity interactions, mocks, and features that reflect our design system and improve product value
- →Define and suggest design solutions based on customer problems and design approaches
- →Own the full design lifecycle for your team’s features, including user research
- →Communicate user intents and motivations to drive delightful experiences
- →Partner with engineers and QA specialists during design implementation
- →Manage projects to meet deadlines within Agile/Scrum system
- →Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows
- →Strengthen Lucid design culture and evangelize design
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of core design methods (sketching, wireframing, storyboarding)
- ✓Ability to describe success metrics for design contribution
- ✓Ability to design in various contexts, including strategic projects and short-term solutions
- ✓Ability to communicate design rationale through different mediums
- ✓Experience designing content and working with back-end constraints
- ✓Experience using design and prototyping tools like Figma
- ✓Thrive in a fast-paced, startup type environment
- ✓0-4 years of professional UX design experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, or related field
- ✓Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
