About the Role
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth company focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our e-commerce and clinical platforms, bridging technical architecture and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end roadmap for the e-commerce and checkout experience
- →Partner with Lead and Senior Engineers to define API requirements and data models
- →Manage the product backlog and lead cross-functional teams through development cycles
- →Ensure all product features maintain HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
- →Analyze conversion funnels and subscription retention to prioritize features
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional Product Management experience in e-commerce, fintech, or health-tech
- ✓Strong understanding of modern web stacks (Next.js/Node.js) and API design (REST/tRPC)
- ✓Experience managing intricate state machines for order fulfillment and subscription lifecycles
- ✓Experience or interest in integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic)
- ✓Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make high-leverage decisions
- ✓Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration
