About the Role
LumiMeds is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who excels at combining creativity with disciplined project management. This role requires building and scaling social media presence across multiple platforms while maintaining a structured content roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute Content Roadmaps: Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals.
- →Master the Calendar: Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring all dependencies are met on time.
- →Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to translate complex wellness/healthcare concepts into digestible social content.
- →Platform Management: Own daily operations of LumiMeds’ social channels, including community engagement and brand-voice management.
- →Influencer Operations: Coordinate outreach, manage deliverable timelines, and track ROI of partnership initiatives.
- →Performance Reporting: Track weekly metrics and provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience managing social media and content creation for a consumer brand (Healthcare, Wellness, or Beauty preferred).
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex project workflows and high-volume content calendars.
- ✓Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and mobile editing apps.
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to maintain a professional brand voice in a regulated industry.
- ✓Highly organized and comfortable driving multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
