About the Role

The Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in compensation analysis, program administration, and market evaluation to support the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and reward top talent. This role provides advanced analytical and consultative expertise in compensation design, policy interpretation, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

→Administers and maintains the organization’s wage and salary programs in accordance with established policies and compensation best practices
→Partners with leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and revise job descriptions
→Conducts comprehensive market analyses utilizing third-party survey data and internal benchmarks
→Leads and participates in salary surveys to assess and maintain the organization’s competitive market position
→Analyzes survey results and develops recommendations for market adjustments
→Develops and maintains complex compensation models and tools
→Administers the annual merit increase process for both staff and leadership
→Supports the design, implementation, and administration of variable pay and incentive programs
→Develops and recommends compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance
→Partners with Finance to reconcile and maintain position control data

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
✓Minimum of five years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, market pricing, or salary administration
✓Advanced analytical and modeling skills with demonstrated experience using HRIS and compensation market data systems
✓Professional certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent preferred
✓Experience in healthcare or large, complex organizations preferred
