About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Lumos, a fast-growing startup that provides app and access management solutions for organizations. You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full sales cycle for potential enterprise customers from prospecting to close
- →Take ownership of pipeline generation for your region in partnership with the Sales Development team
- →Demonstrate expertise and curiosity in the discovery process
- →Focus on value-based selling and strategic technical demos
- →Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
- →Share insights and learnings from your sales conversations
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
- ✓2+ years of experience selling to companies with over 1000 employees
- ✓Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- ✓Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers
- ✓Ability to navigate a start-up environment
- ✓Salesforce and tooling hygiene and deal management rigor
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
