About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist to join our Data & Dynamics team at Long View Systems. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, collaborating with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery to translate business goals into analytical problems and measurable KPIs
- →Build reproducible experiments and models using Python and Azure ML/Databricks
- →Engineer and select features, perform rigorous validation and error analysis
- →Partner with ML Engineers for operational models with CI/CD and experiment tracking
- →Design and evaluate GenAI use cases when relevant
- →Communicate results and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
- →Architect and implement ML platforms and pipelines in Azure
- →Participate in discovery workshops, solution estimation, and stakeholder demos
Requirements
- ✓5-6 years in applied data science/analytics with shipped models impacting business KPIs
- ✓Experience with Python, statistical modeling, experiment design, and ML techniques
- ✓Experience with Azure ML, Databricks/Spark, SQL, and data wrangling at scale
- ✓Strong MLOps collaboration skills with MLflow and monitoring/alerts
- ✓Exceptional customer engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills
- ✓Consulting experience
- ✓Good understanding of ITIL Incident Management
