β’ Contribute to discussions around OKR planning and help find creative approaches to achieving team goals.
β’ Analyze internal systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

β’ Keep up-to-date with Android, broader industry developments, and the latest AI tools to enhance productivity and engineering workflows.
Experience:
β’ Experience shipping large-scale Android applications.

β’ Experience with architecture paradigms like unidirectional and reactive programming, and other patterns commonly used in the industry.
β’ Experience with Jetpack Compose, unit and snapshot testing, and creating shared components.
β’ Strong product sense - you care about usability, good design, and how features affect real people's safety.
β’ A critical and creative thinker who can spot flaws in proposed solutions and suggest better alternatives.
β’ Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional environment where regular collaboration with product and design partners is the norm, not the exception.
β’ Interest in growing into a technical leadership role over time, with the appetite and potential to take on greater scope and influence on the team.
β’ Bonus: experience pursuing side projects or open-source contributions.
