About the Role
We are looking for an Associate on the Lyft Business Support team to provide Enterprise grade customer support to a variety of Lyft customers via an omnichannel experience. This role focuses on supporting customers involved in healthcare rides and other enterprise industries, ensuring customized resolutions to create win/win solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the first point of contact for Partners regarding healthcare rides or enterprise accounts
- →Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Lyft Business customers
- →Provide calm and empathetic support in critical situations
- →Offer friendly, timely support via phone, chat, and email
- →Meet/exceed efficiency and customer satisfaction KPIs
- →Teach and learn from peers to maximize everyone’s contribution
- →Provide feedback to stakeholders on process or product improvements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role via written, chat, and/or phone channels
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being efficient and detail-oriented
- ✓Strong communication skills with empathy and complex instruction delivery
- ✓Problem-solving skills with active listening and thoughtful questioning
- ✓Teamwork skills with a focus on building relationships and learning from peers
- ✓Analytical curiosity to identify trends from customer issues
- ✓Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
