About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Rider Experience team at Lyft. This role focuses on improving the rideshare experience for riders through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and own end-to-end analysis on rider experience, including creating frameworks, defining key metrics, developing dashboards, and monitoring business health
→Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver actionable data-driven insights and identify opportunities for improving the rider experience
→Monitor and diagnose rideshare offerings product performance and present findings to senior leadership
→Create and monitor product performance dashboards and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
→Act as a subject matter expert and thought partner in focused product areas
→Break down complex problems from end to end and lead execution towards business impact
→Design A/B testing and execute analyses to evaluate the impact of new product feature improvements

Requirements

✓Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, applied math, economics, engineering)
✓4+ years of relevant work experience
✓Experience in leading data-driven projects from definition to execution
✓Proficiency in SQL and Python
✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to transition between data and business problems
✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust across functions
✓Experience in online experimentation and statistical analysis
✓Passion for driving business impact with data
