About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Core Rider organization at Lyft. This role focuses on growing Lyft's ride mode portfolio and ensuring riders have an excellent experience across every ride type. You'll work on problems like launching and scaling new ride modes, optimizing how riders discover and choose between offerings, and shaping the packaging and experience of Lyft's core products.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn your product area end-to-end β from problem identification through launch, growth, and iteration.
- βDefine goals, success metrics, and experiments that tie your team's work to Lyft's strategic priorities.
- βLead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- βCollaborate effectively across the company and with external parties.
- βDeeply understand your customers across different rider segments and use cases.
- βLeverage AI tools and emerging technology to accelerate your team's workflows.
Requirements
- β5+ years in product management, entrepreneurial, or product design experience with meaningful time spent on consumer facing products.
- βTrack record of shipping products with measurable user and business impact.
- βStrong ability to drive cross-functional and cross-org alignment.
- βStrong communication skills across audiences and levels.
- βExperience in marketplace, transportation, or mode/offering portfolio.
