About the Role

We are looking for a product manager to join our Central Market Management and Applied Intelligence organization at Lyft. This role focuses on driving forward a best-in-class product by integrating engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company’s vision of serving and connecting.

Key Responsibilities

→Define, own and execute the roadmap of the AI platform and AI-powered marketplace products
→Define, track and periodically report on metrics and KPIs of the organization
→Engage teams and users of the AI platform inside the company to understand their needs and identify gaps or opportunities
→Write detailed product requirements, strategy, and planning documents
→Proactively engage, research, and craft proposals for areas where the AI platform can drive efficiency and effectiveness
→Present to non-technical leadership on the progress of the team quarterly
→Oversee and guide build vs buy decisions, grounding them in data and research

Requirements

✓7+ years of product management experience
✓Experience driving technically complex products end to end
✓Experience in managing a team of software engineers and scientists
✓Experience in crafting data visualizations for the automated measurements of KPIs and metrics
✓Familiarity with crafting and leading presentations to CXO executives and large teams
✓Strong understanding of agentic systems, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
✓Strong conceptual knowledge of machine learning and AI
✓Experience in handling third parties as vendors or customers
✓Excellent skills in documenting and articulating complex technical systems.
