About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their International CS team. This strategic leadership role involves managing a portfolio of key global Lyra Wellbeing customers while providing mentorship to Customer Success Managers and CS Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and CS Executives
- →Maintain accountability for the management of a portfolio of key global Lyra Wellbeing customers
- →Drive client retention and enhance the overall customer experience
- →Lead high-level customer meetings and Quarter Business Reviews (QBRs)
- →Manage implementation of customer programmes
- →Identify opportunities within the existing portfolio to expand service offerings
- →Actively monitor portfolio-wide risk and implement advanced mitigation strategies
- →Identify clinical themes and trends from customer data to recommend strategic enhancements
Requirements
- ✓Suitable qualification in business or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- ✓Minimum of 10–12+ years of progressive experience in relationship management
- ✓At least 5 years of experience within an EAP or mental health setting
- ✓Extensive global account management experience is a distinct advantage
- ✓Exceptional understanding of mental health services
- ✓Highly analytical with superior problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong continuous improvement mindset with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional ability to plan and prioritize responsibilities
