Lyra Health is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a critical industry, technical, and product expert driving the pre-sales process. This role involves translating comprehensive mental health solutions into compelling value propositions for large, complex prospective clients and supporting sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales cycle as a trusted technical and product advisor
- →Conduct deep technical discovery with benefits leaders to understand needs and design tailored solutions
- →Lead and deliver highly customized product demonstrations and technical presentations
- →Own the technical response section for RFPs and proposals with strategic positioning
- →Support sales in refining account strategies to align solutions with client business objectives
- →Ensure seamless transition from sales to launch by documenting technical requirements
- →Collect and synthesize market feedback to influence product roadmap
- →Travel 25%-50% of the time as needed
- →Collaborate on creating high-impact sales tools and demonstration scripts
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales professional in B2B SaaS, enterprise benefits, or healthcare technology
- ✓Proven track record of owning technical sales cycles and contributing to complex enterprise deal closures
- ✓Deep understanding of employer benefits landscape, mental health, HR technology, and compliance requirements like HIPAA
- ✓Highly consultative and strategic approach to designing comprehensive solutions
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- ✓Genuine passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare
