About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Lyra Health. This role focuses on developing and improving our mental health platform, Lyra Empower, which combines high-quality care with AI-powered technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing frontend components
- →Build and continuously improve our Python and Java-based microservices
- →Collaborate with engineering team members to create and refine technical designs and solutions
- →Work with key partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists
- →Follow and promote best practices during all phases of software development
- →Drive continuous technical improvement for our platforms and tooling
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- ✓6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications
- ✓Experience building scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and/or Java/Spring
- ✓Experience developing web applications with React.js and React Native
- ✓Experience with TypeScript, Amazon Web Service, and state-management libraries like Redux
- ✓Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
