About the Role
We are looking for an AI Operations Lead to lead a new team that designs, ships, and scales automations and AI agents at M-KOPA. This is a brand-new team within the business, and you will be responsible for leading it, scaling it, and defining its future.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead two AI Ops Engineers, owning their delivery, development, and day-to-day work
- →Prioritize efficiently by managing competing requests from multiple teams using a clear prioritization framework
- →Build and ship automations and agents that improve how internal teams and customer-facing staff work
- →Maintain the AI tooling stack as usage scales across 2,500+ employees
- →Stay current on emerging AI tools and technologies, evaluating their practical value
- →Help refine AI training for the wider organization, including Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience building automations using scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted development
- ✓Hands-on experience building agents using agentic frameworks like LangChain, MCP, or Google ADK
- ✓Background in enterprise tooling, including rapid prototyping tools and identity automation
- ✓People leadership experience, having led or mentored engineers and owned a team's delivery and development
