About the Role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Growth Lead to join our team at M-KOPA. This role focuses on building scalable growth systems that unlock financial inclusion for millions across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own lifecycle growth outcomes, driving activation, retention, and LTV metrics
- →Lead growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to experimentation to scale
- →Design segmentation frameworks that Product and Data teams use
- →Influence product priorities with customer insights
- →Build automated customer journeys across SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels
- →Run structured A/B tests with clear methodology
- →Analyse performance and iterate rapidly to scale winners
Requirements
- ✓5+ years hands-on lifecycle/CRM execution, ideally at a fintech or mobile money business
- ✓End-to-end growth initiative ownership with demonstrated revenue impact
- ✓Expert proficiency in CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, Customer.io, or HubSpot
- ✓Deep multi-channel expertise in SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app messaging
- ✓Structured experimentation track record with A/B tests
- ✓Analytics fluency with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker
