We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our team at M-KOPA, a FinTech company focused on financial inclusion across Africa. You'll turn data, experiments, and hands-on CRM execution into scalable growth systems that unlock financial inclusion for millions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect growth systems and frameworks that guide lifecycle strategy across markets
- →Own revenue and retention outcomes, accountable for activation rate, retention, churn, and LTV metrics
- →Influence product and operations through data, translating insights into road map priorities
- →Validate strategies through hands-on execution in CRM platforms
- →Lead cross-market growth initiatives across 5 African countries
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in growth, product marketing, or lifecycle roles with progression from execution to strategic ownership
- ✓Proven track record owning business outcomes with demonstrable impact on P&L
- ✓Product influence and cross-functional leadership experience
- ✓Experience designing segmentation models, experimentation road maps, or growth playbooks
- ✓Hands-on execution capability with CRM platforms like CleverTap, Braze, or HubSpot
- ✓Sophisticated analytical approach to problem-solving
