About the Role
Mable is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. This role involves leveraging data science expertise to improve services for customers, developing machine learning models, and utilizing generative AI solutions to optimize tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the research and development of data science solutions to address business needs and market expansion opportunities
- →Develop cutting-edge AI technologies and scale them across the organization
- →Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, insights, and verify hypotheses
- →Analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and processes
- →Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- →Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance data science services
- →Create and maintain dashboards to present insights and performance metrics
- →Ensure all data analysis adheres to privacy and security policies
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of industry experience in data science
- ✓Strong understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
- ✓Experience with traditional AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
- ✓Familiarity with Generative AI aspects including context engineering and RAG
- ✓Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- ✓Design and implement AI safety guardrails
- ✓Proficiency in ML model development and analytics tools like Python
- ✓Experience with data visualization and data storytelling
- ✓Initiative and ownership to deliver work autonomously
- ✓Collaboration skills to partner effectively with stakeholders
- ✓Solutions mindset with natural curiosity and problem-solving motivation
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- ✓Can-do attitude
