About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at MagicSchool, the premier generative AI platform for teachers. This role involves leading high-level strategic partnerships across major Northeastern/Mid-Atlantic school districts to ensure our tools reduce teacher burnout and accelerate student learning at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• →Manage a multimillion dollar portfolio while maintaining a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate above target
• →Drive active usage across districts by delivering high-impact training and implementation strategies
• →Identify at-risk accounts and execute intervention playbooks to maintain a gross churn rate below company thresholds
• →Build deep trust with district executive leadership, managing accounts with individual ARR values of six-figures or more
• →Contribute high-level insights to the Customer Success playbook and mentor junior team members
