We build growth engines, not just campaigns. Role Overview: We’re seeking a senior content strategist to work closely with the CEO. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring at least 5 years of experience. You’ll manage campaigns, create content, leverage AI tools, appear on camera, and eventually build a creative team. Key Responsibilities: Translate business goals into actionable campaigns. Manage content calendars, production pipelines, and deliverables. Create and direct content (scripts, videos, visuals). Build and lead a creative team as the company grows. Use AI tools for high-volume content production. Represent campaigns on camera when needed. Track KPIs and manage deadlines independently. Requirements: 5+ years in marketing, content strategy, or brand management. Strong marketing fundamentals (funnels, AIDA, consumer psychology). Proactive and action-oriented. Tech-savvy; experience with AI content tools a plus. Female preferred. Excellent English and Bangla communication. Opportunities: Leadership track toward Head of Content or Marketing Manager.
