Location : #Moshi, Pune Qualification : Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute direct email marketing campaigns • Create, proofread & edit email content according to brand standards • Segment email lists based on behavior, interests & engagement • Use automation tools to run nurturing workflows • Track and analyze performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.) • Perform A/B testing to improve engagement & results • Cold calling, lead conversion & database mining (Apollo, LinkedIn) • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM & other email regulations • Collaborate with content & design teams for effective visuals • Maintain & grow email marketing database

Preferred Qualifications: • Exposure to recruitment / HR industry • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge • CRM tool experience
