About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at MAI. This role focuses on managing financial operations, including the Order-to-Cash cycle, end-of-month book cleanup, global payroll, and expense administration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the Order-to-Cash cycle, including customer invoicing and collections
- →Lead end-of-month cleanup in QuickBooks for tax and reporting
- →Execute bi-weekly payroll for FTEs via Rippling and manage contractor/vendor payments
- →Administer corporate spend in Ramp and ensure accurate syncing with Rippling payroll
- →Partner with leaders to automate and tackle business operations initiatives
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in Finance Ops, BizOps, or Accounting, ideally at a high-growth tech startup
- ✓QuickBooks expertise with understanding of SaaS accounting nuances
- ✓The 'Operator' mindset to identify problems and build automation or processes to fix them
- ✓Extreme detail orientation to catch discrepancies in financial records
