About the Role
We are looking for an Expansion Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at MaintainX, a leading mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers. This role involves driving sales growth by engaging and managing relationships with customers in the Emerging segment (300 employees or less).
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn a book of business from post-sale handoff onwards, engaging and building relationships with emerging customers
- βIdentify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- βTake a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions
- βArticulate key metrics and data to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions
- βManage a book of business, executing multiple tasks simultaneously such as client requests, demos, proposals, and follow-ups
- βMaster the use of systems like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others
- βAccurately manage sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities
- βExhibit meticulous attention to detail in documenting customer interactions, deals, and progress
- βEmbrace the entrepreneurial mentality of building something new
Requirements
- βMinimum of 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales closing role
- βDemonstrated success managing a large volume of prospects while driving product adoption
- βStrong analytical and presentation skills
- βProven ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
- βAdaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly changing sales environment
- βExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- βExcellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships
- βPositive, passionate, and creative mindset
- βBachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field
