About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee the Platform and Reporting capabilities in our Core division at MaintainX. This role involves managing complex data products and evolving these capabilities to serve a more diverse and senior set of stakeholders within the Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own our Platform capabilities by acting as a product bridge between Core, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering teams
- →Own our Reporting capabilities end-to-end, leveraging data, user research, and competitive/market analysis
- →Spearhead our ROI initiative to make plain the operational benefits of partnering with MaintainX
- →Execute on a mixture of large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements
- →Work closely with the sales team to directly help close large deals
- →Evolve our reporting and analytics products to serve a broader enterprise audience
- →Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in product management with meaningful time in a platform or infrastructure-adjacent capacity
- ✓Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products
- ✓Comfortable navigating cross-team data dependencies
- ✓Experience partnering directly with sales as a company moves upmarket
- ✓Track record of expanding a product's audience
- ✓Able to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap
- ✓Strong relationship-builder who can work credibly across all levels
- ✓Strong pattern recognition
