About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and execute experimental marketing initiatives at MaintainX. This role focuses on building and refining the experimentation engine that drives customer acquisition through non-search growth channels.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a growing channel testing budget, optimizing performance and driving growth
→Develop and execute digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap
→Use AI tools for creative testing, automation, and campaign optimization
→Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-impact experiments
→Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing teams
→Synthesize and communicate experimental results to stakeholders
→Contribute to building scalable testing frameworks and processes

Requirements

✓4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field preferred)
✓2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
✓Experience managing large performance marketing budgets
✓Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns across various channels
✓Track record of managing experiments or testing programs
✓Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
✓Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
✓Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
✓Comfortable working with analytics tools and CRMs
✓Curious and proactive about AI and automation
