About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive Mid-Market to join our team at Malt. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing new customers, and targeting the German Mittelstand and High-Growth companies to help them accelerate their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactive Hunting: Take full ownership of your pipeline by designing and executing outbound strategies.
- →Consultative Sales Excellence: Run in-depth discovery sessions using the MEDDIC framework.
- →Full-Cycle Deal Leadership: Own the entire sales process from the first demo to the final signature.
- →Seamless Team Orchestration: Collaborate closely with Project Partners and the Account Management team.
- →Pipeline Integrity: Maintain a rigorous and predictable forecast within the CRM.
Requirements
- ✓Native level in German and strong English proficiency.
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in a BDR and an AE position.
- ✓Experience in a full sales cycle, including prospecting.
- ✓Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C-level or decision-makers).
- ✓Strong discipline in MEDDIC fundamentals and data-driven CRM management.
- ✓Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- ✓Highly driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
- ✓Ownership, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
