Join our People team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Apprentice!
Reporting to our Lead TA France, you will be the face of Malt for all early-career talent across France. Youβll take full ownership of our intern and apprentice hiring cycles while building strong relationships with top-tier universities to ensure Malt remains a top-of-mind employer on campus.
Key responsibilities β¨
β’
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all intern and apprentice roles across various departments (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
β’
Source and engage diverse talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach.
β’
Coordinate and represent Malt at campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
β’
Build and maintain strong partnerships with career centers at target universities and schools.
β’
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed.
β’
Optimize our employer branding for the interns/apprentices market through social media and local activations.
β’
Analyze recruitment data to report on the health of our early-career pipeline.
About you π§βπ
β’
Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences, and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
β’
Job experience with a first internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
β’
Languages & level on a native level in French and professional fluency in English.
β’
Tools & processes include an appetite for learning ATS tools (like Lever or Greenhouse) and a natural ease with LinkedIn.
β’
Communication skills characterized by high energy, empathy, and the ability to pitch Maltβs vision convincingly.

First call with Sarah, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

Interview with your future manager, Agathe, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)

Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Maltβs long-term vision and your place within it.
