About the Role
Mandolin is seeking a Product Manager to join our team, focusing on AI-driven solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations. This role involves owning core modules of our platform and embedding with customers to understand complex workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules.
- →Partner directly with customers, clinicians, and enterprise stakeholders to uncover workflows and pain points.
- →Translate field insights into actionable requirements and a clear roadmap for Engineering and Design.
- →Drive the full product lifecycle—discovery, design, launch, and iteration—balancing speed with long-term scalability.
- →Define and track success metrics using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
- →Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Deployment Strategists to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption.
- →Advocate for customer needs while aligning with Mandolin’s broader company strategy.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows.
- ✓Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end—from strategy through delivery.
- ✓Strong technical fluency; able to engage engineers on APIs, integrations, systems tradeoffs, and AI-powered workflows.
- ✓Excellent customer-facing skills—adept at embedding with users, conducting research, and translating insights into solutions.
- ✓Strong communicator with relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- ✓Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and early-stage environments.
