About the Role
We are looking for an AppLovin Performance Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating high-impact, interactive ad creatives that drive performance marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design MOF and BOF creatives optimized for AppLovin placements
- →Produce weekly assets across static, interactive HTML, GIF, and short-form video formats
- →Build HTML-based interactive creatives that outperform static CTR benchmarks
- →Convert static concepts into interactive formats with tap, swipe, reveal, and demo-style interactions
- →Design creatives aligned to MOF/BOF intent signals, offers, and messaging angles
- →Rapidly iterate based on CTR, CVR, engagement rate, and creative fatigue signals
- →Collaborate with Growth and Media teams to prioritize winners and scale formats
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives, ideally for AppLovin or similar networks
- ✓Strong HTML creative build capability, with examples of interactive ad units or end cards
- ✓Ability to turn static designs into high-CTR interactive experiences
- ✓Solid foundation in static image design, GIFs, and short-form video edits
- ✓Experience creating landing-page-style, product demo, unboxing, and testimonial creatives
- ✓Proficiency with AI design tools, including Nano Banana Pro
- ✓Bonus: Experience using AppLovin’s End Card (EC) Builder or equivalent HTML preview tools
- ✓Bonus: Advanced AI workflows using multiple tools or custom automation
