ABOUT THE ROLE
At Mangomint, design isn't a handoff, it's a conversation that runs through the entire product development process, side by side with engineering and product.
As a Senior Product Designer at Mangomint, you'll have real ownership, not just over the craft, but over the problems worth solving and the direction to take them. This role comes with a high degree of autonomy and hands-on craft. You'll be in the weeds every day, building flows, sweating the details of UI and interactions, and getting the copy right too.
We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, attention to detail, and systems thinking who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom back down to the pixel level without taking a beat. The right person for this role is energized by ambiguity, takes real pride in their work, and wants to feel genuine ownership over what they create every day.
As a Senior Product Designer at Mangomint you will:
- Contribute to product strategy, priorities, and scope through a strong design and user experience perspective
- Act as a senior design partner in product decisions, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Identify, frame, and validate problems independently in ambiguous or loosely defined spaces
- Design and deliver high-quality UI with strong visual craft (layout, hierarchy, typography, accessibility, and detail across states and edge cases)
- Write and refine UX copy and microcopy to improve clarity, usability, trust, and product-led growth
- Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally through design reviews, prototyping, and clear communication of rationale, tradeoffs, and opportunities
WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years product design experience, extensive experience with Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills and experience
- Expertise in product design, UI, and UX, with deep knowledge of design principles
- Ego-free with a positive, adaptable, and flexible attitude
- Strong time management, communication skills, and openness to feedback
- Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS concepts, responsive behavior, and component-based development) to effectively collaborate with engineering
- Empathy for and understanding of our userβs needs, a love for all things design, and a drive to make an impact
- Desire to stay up to date with ever changing design trends, tools, and technologies
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT MANGOMINT

- Generous monthly wellness budget (gym, massage, etc.)
- Premium Calm [Upgrade to PRO to see link] app & One Medical [Upgrade to PRO to see link] membership
