About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Content Creator to join Mapbox, the leading real-time location platform. This role involves producing various 3D content for Mapbox maps and navigation, ensuring high quality throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Produce various 3D content for Mapbox maps and navigation
- →Be responsible for the full cycle of 3D objects creation from stylization to production release
- →Work with cartographic data within the 3D content creation pipeline
- →Contribute to improving team processes, pipeline, techniques, and documentation
- →Interact with technical artists, designers, and other team members
- →Participate in R&D initiatives and experiments
Requirements
- ✓Strong skills in 3D modeling, particularly with architectural stylization
- ✓Knowledge of Blender
- ✓At least 6 months of experience in production
- ✓English B1 (A2 is a critical minimum)
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- ✓Readiness to execute repetitive daily routine and operations on 3D content production
- ✓Desire to learn and develop, willingness to learn from different perspectives
- ✓Empathy and desire to help peers grow
