About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated engineer to support our growing list of automotive partners in China. This role involves breaking down complex customer questions, ensuring product documentation is up to date, and delivering high-quality support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Break down complex customer questions and find answers using the Mapbox stack
- →Work with engineering and documentation teams to ensure product documentation and code examples are accurate
- →Collaborate with the Mapbox support team to deliver high-quality support
- →Aggregate user feedback and turn it into actionable steps for product engineers
- →Monitor public GitHub repositories to assist users and contributors
Requirements
- ✓Native-level Mandarin and English fluency
- ✓Automotive Sector Expertise: Experience supporting Car OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- ✓Android Development Proficiency: Hands-on experience with the Android SDK (Kotlin or Java)
- ✓Depth in Support Engineering or Software Engineering with a customer-first approach
- ✓Comfortable with tools such as GitHub and the command line
- ✓Experience working with engineering and product management teams
- ✓Experience with geospatial tools
- ✓Familiarity with or a desire to learn more about JavaScript or iOS (Swift)
