About the Role
Our client is a leading seller of commercial drones and UAV solutions to industry leaders across security, infrastructure, construction, mining, agriculture and more. They are hiring an E-Commerce Product Lead to fully own the planning, execution, and delivery of all website initiatives across DSLRPros.com and related digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets for website initiatives
- →Create detailed project plans and manage resources using tools like Asana or Jira
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on requirements
- →Oversee the full product lifecycle from kickoff through launch and optimization
- →Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- →Ensure website projects meet technical standards and business objectives
- →Facilitate user testing and iterate on designs to enhance customer experience
- →Manage content migration and integration with e-commerce tools
- →Track key website metrics post-launch and recommend improvements
- →Maintain project documentation and knowledge base for web processes
- →Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven automation in web workflows
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading product for an e-commerce brand on Shopify
- ✓Proven experience selling physical goods through e-commerce
- ✓Experience with CRM, Order Management, and Inventory Management systems
- ✓Strong experience with backend operations and Shopify B2B connections
- ✓Strong understanding of web fundamentals (UX, CRO, SEO, performance)
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
- ✓Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
