About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to join our global corporate marketing team. This high-impact, strategic role focuses on leveraging our customer base for growth and building a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute marketing programs to drive expansion within existing accounts
- →Create expansion toolkits for Sales teams, including targeted email sequences and webinars
- →Work with Customer Success team to identify accounts ready for expansion
- →Design, launch, and manage MariaDB’s inaugural CAB program
- →Facilitate sessions between customer executives and MariaDB leadership
- →Own the strategy and execution of a global customer newsletter
- →Recruit customer references and develop success stories
- →Support analyst relations efforts requiring customer references
- →Own public review sites and drive positive reviews
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B technology company
- ✓Proven track record of developing core messaging and content
- ✓Ability to design marketing programs that contribute to expansion pipeline
- ✓Sufficient understanding of database technologies
- ✓Travel flexibility up to 10%
