About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on field marketer who understands the nuances of an indirect, partner-led sales motion. You will serve as the marketing owner for the APAC region, acting as the critical link between our global strategy, regional sales teams, and partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the regional field budget; source and negotiate vendors, manage expenses, and ensure every dollar spent drives ROI.
- →Build and execute robust multi-channel campaigns (digital, webinars, syndication) adapted for local markets.
- →Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, meetups, and virtual events.
- →Collaborate with Partner & Channel stakeholders to align APAC field activities with partner programs.
- →Attend weekly sales forecast calls and proactively propose marketing interventions to fix pipeline gaps.
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years in B2B Enterprise Tech marketing, preferably with Open Source or Database technologies.
- ✓Deep familiarity with the Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
- ✓Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or similar).
- ✓Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
