We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting data quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency across the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include helping maintain CRM accuracy, identifying workflow gaps, supporting forecasting and pipeline hygiene efforts, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that help the sales team operate more effectively.
This internship runs from June 9, 2026, through August 14, 2026. We are primarily seeking students graduating in Spring or Summer 2027.
What Youβll Do
β’ Support CRM data audits to identify, investigate, and help resolve inconsistencies or inaccuracies.
β’ Assist with maintaining data quality and hygiene across sales systems and tools.
β’ Support efforts to improve forecasting inputs and pipeline hygiene through reporting, validation, and follow-up.
β’ Help review and refine workflows to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and minimize errors.
β’ Identify inefficient processes and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
β’ Document workflows and assist with process updates to support scalability and consistency.
β’ Partner with team members on ad hoc reporting, data cleanup, and sales operations projects as needed.
What Youβll Need
β’ Current enrollment in a Bachelorβs degree program, or recent graduate, in business, economics, analytics, or a related field.
β’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
β’ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Clear written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
β’ Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus, but not required.
β’ Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales operations or business processes.
